Our
integrally reinforced branch connections are available in size ranges from
1/8" through 24" with threaded, socketweld, buttweld or flanged
ends and can be supplied in any applicable schedule or pressure
rating.
Our branch connections comply with ASME code reinforcement
requirements and are designed according to ASME B31.1 guide lines unless
otherwise requested. Materials available include carbon steel,
low temperature alloys, chrome-moly, stainless steel, nickel alloy, and
exotic alloys.
When
applications require 100% x-ray of welds: use an insert type branch
connection which provides a flush fit with the header pipe O.D. and I.D.
with a full penetration, v-groove type weld.
